Founding Year
In 2001, Northwoods Network, Inc. was founded, setting forth a mission to preserve and promote the diverse stories and histories of the Northwoods region through innovative media and community engagement.
First Documentary Release
In 2005, we proudly released our first documentary film, which received acclaim for its compelling depiction of local history and culture, establishing Northwoods Network as a key player in regional storytelling.
50th Documentary Milestone
In 2020, Northwoods Network celebrated the production of its 50th documentary, marking a significant achievement that showcased our ongoing commitment to storytelling and community heritage across the Northwoods.
